In 2010 I was asked to design and build two 200 square foot raised beds in the square at the front entrance to the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery and grow some babies on jumbo pink banana squash vines. The seeds were planted at the end of April and transplanted to the beds at the beginning of June. In July I started a blog about my adventures which included the SVB campaign and the increasingly hostile squirrel wars. At the beginning of October the gardens were dismantled and the babies harvested.
