Product of Eden
This project started in 2006 with the cultivation of saint (aubergine) bushes.
In 2007 I added larger squash babies and hot pepper demons. Some of these were exhibited on the plants and some were preserved or “shop dropped”.
2008 & 2009 were experimental years (an entire crop of Arctic Animal vines was destroyed by squash vine borers in 2008). Product of Eden 2010 was presented in 400 square feet of raised beds in the square outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery.
